Do you charge sales tax?
We are obligated by law to collect current sales tax on all orders shipped.
What payment options do I have?
We accept American Express, Master Card, and Visa. We also accept Paypal. All payment methods require a U.S. billing address.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Boxwood accepts credit card payments through a secure online server.
How can I reach someone regarding my order?

If you have any questions regarding an order placed online, please call us at 949-636-0343 Monday-Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm Pacific Time. For written inquiries, please email info@boxwood-fashion.com. All messages and emails received after 5 pm will be responded to the following day.

SHIPPING?
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days, Monday thru Friday, unless otherwise notified. Packages are sent via USPS. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost. All domestic ground shipping is free for orders over 50.00.

Where is my Boxwood order shipping from?
All Boxwood jewelry is shipped from our studio in California.

Does Boxwood ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to Europe, Asia and North America.

How can I track my order?
If you requested expedited shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a shipment tracking number after your order has shipped.

PRIVACY
Is my privacy protected when shopping on the website?
All information is kept confidential and not shared.

 
Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

RETURNS
What is Boxwood's return policy?
We have a No-Hassle return policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt refund or exchange (except earrings). Simply return unworn jewelry in the original packaging with all tags attached within 15 days for an exchange or refund.

Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Please note that exchanges are processed as a return and a subsequent shipment. You will receive a credit issued back to your original payment method for the item(s) you are returning, and then charged separately for the exchange when it ships.

Please allow up to 10 business days from date received for your return/exchange to be processed. Return shipping costs are not refundable. Returns postmarked after 8 days from day of receipt will be refused.

Can I return a sale item?
Sale items may not be returned.
Can I return a custom made item?
Custom made items may not be returned.

Do all Boxwood items come with jewelry packaging?
Every item purchased on boxwood-fashion.com is packaged in a brown kraft bag, with sticker and bakers rope and can be used as gift giving.

JEWELRY CARE
Do not store jewelry next to heating vents, windowsills, or in the car. Do not wear jewelry while in a pool, hot tub, or bathing. If treated with care your jewelry will last for years to come. 

What if my jewelry is damaged?
Purchases made within one year from boxwood-fashion.com will be repaired free of charge.
